The process
Personal from the very first step. Never automated.
There is no online calendar and no self-booking. Each request is reviewed by the owner, who then reaches out personally to arrange a time that suits you both.
Four steps
Step 1 of 4
Submit a brief request
Share your name, how you prefer to be contacted, and a general topic. No medical details are needed — or wanted — at this stage.
Step 2 of 4
A personal reply
The owner reviews each request personally and reaches out to arrange one mutually suitable time. Requests are not booked automatically, and there is no online calendar.
Step 3 of 4
A free introductory consultation
A 10–15 minute conversation to understand your situation in broad terms and whether the practice is the right fit. There is no obligation to continue.
Step 4 of 4
Optional paid services, by agreement
If you choose to proceed, scope and fees are agreed in writing before any paid work begins. Services are private-pay and are not billed to insurance.
The introductory consultation
Ten to fifteen minutes, free of charge, with no obligation.
It is
- A chance to describe your situation in broad terms
- An overview of how the practice could help
- An honest conversation about fit
It is not
- Medical advice or a clinical assessment
- A sales call or a commitment
- A substitute for your physician
Begin the conversation
When the next decision arrives, you needn't face it alone.
Begin with a free 10–15 minute introductory conversation. Share a few details, and the owner will personally reach out to arrange a time.
