Healthcare has grown more capable — and more complicated. Platinum Health Navigation exists to give Connecticut families a calm, knowledgeable professional at their side: someone who understands how care works, and who answers only to them.
Our mission
To bring clarity, continuity, and calm to the healthcare decisions families face together.
We are a founder-led practice. That means the person who reviews your request is the same person who returns your call and, if you choose to work together, coordinates your support. There are no hand-offs to a call centre and no sales process.
The practice is private-pay and independent. We are not affiliated with a hospital system, insurer, or care agency, which allows our attention to remain with your family's priorities.

Listen first
Every family's situation is different. We begin by understanding what matters to your parent and to you — before suggesting anything.
Explain plainly
Medical language can obscure as much as it reveals. We translate it into clear terms so you can take part in decisions with confidence.
Coordinate carefully
Details matter. Referrals, follow-ups, and paperwork are handled with the same care you would give them yourself, given the time.
Respect every role
Your parent's physicians lead their medical care. We support the family's understanding and communication — and stay within that scope.
